Your information isn't shared publicly in any WhatsApp chat, email, or database. Canopy offers greater privacy protection than the current shidduch system because your information is shared only when you and another dater both request more information on each other.
efficiency
There's no back-and-forth with a shadchan to confirm whether an idea may be right for you. You can access ideas directly, saving time and energy. You know best what you're looking for, and you're the one most invested in the process.
autonomy
Daters on Canopy can review the anonymized profiles of other daters. You can have an active role in searching for your shidduch, and the final say on deciding what is the right fit for you.
balance
Canopy is designed to maintain a 1:1 ratio of men to women. Sign-up is conducted in pairs and there are measures in place to ensure this ratio is maintained.
